The gardens were well maintained. i had a room with a waterfront view on the same floor as the pool. the transfer to aonang in a nine-seater luxury van cost 400 thb. It was the same price as a taxi for two. they also offered shuttles.
the restaurant staff was not friendly. they seemed rude when i wanted to order more food after the initial order. the beds were too hard, and the pillows were terrible. the air conditioning in my room did not work well.

the hotel had an extensive tour desk available for local area trips. a nice pool allowed for relaxation and sunbathing. taxis are available from the hotel for getting around.

the hotel offered travel advice and made many phone calls on my behalf. the staff near the lobby was really nice and helpful. i felt very welcomed there and received good service .

The hotel restaurant provided standard meals. i found a fantastic thai seafood restaurant 500 meters from the hotel. It is called nong joke. it offered different food at a reasonable price.

the room had a furnished balcony where i could sit. the rooms are spacious and clean. my room had a water front view, which i enjoyed a lot.

the hotel is close to the pier for ferries to phi phi island. it is also near enough to the town to make exploring easy. a taxi from the ferry cost 150 thb.

i found the hotel staff very lovely. the hotel offers a restaurant, pool, gym, play area, and taxi service. i could book tours directly from the hotel since they have their own private pier. the rooms are spacious (it was great!) and comfortable.
more attention to detail is needed for room cleanliness. i found that the kettle was corroded inside so it was unusable. the a/c couldn't be adjusted.

the hotel's location is outside the city center, but the neighborhood is quiet. a lovely park is along the estuary. several stores and restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk.
